They can't seize your shoes. They can't seize your umbrella. There's an asston of stuff they have to go through before they can seize anything but your car. Your car though? How about a couple of tickets, some of which don't last long enough under your windshield wipers to even SEE. Then a boot, and a tow.
Heck, I know one person who had their car boote and towed because one of their neighbors thought it was fecking UGLY.
